New Families Welcome Letter 

We are pleased that you have an interest in The Learning Tree Homeschool Group! Our group provides homeschooling families with Christian-based enrichment and supplemental classes in a group setting. All homeschooling families with at least one child kindergarten age and up are welcome. (Families with only preschool age children or younger can be added as space allows, but are not added until later in registration week, once we see if preschool class spaces remain.)

Family registration is $30 per family per session.

Membership Process

Here are some steps in the process of joining The Learning Tree

•  Read our FAQ's to answer any common questions.

* If you would like more information about registering for membership, please sign up for our  Interested Families Email List.  You will be updated with information about registration dates and pre-registration informational meetings. *

•  See a listing of classes on our Class Registration page. Please note that the list may be last session's classes, or in the midst of being updated, and therefore not correct for the upcoming session.
  
  
•  Sign up on the calendar for our New Member meeting to see if The Learning Tree is a great fit.
  
  
•  Fill out the Interested Family Questionnaire before that meeting. Sign up on Sign-up Genius for a time slot for the meeting. (It will be emailed one week before.)
  
  
•  If invited to join, create your family profile, pay your membership fee, and register for classes. As part of the member registration process you will need to sign our Emergency Medical Form, Handbook Agreement, and Conflict Resolution Policy Agreement.

Required New Member Meeting: January 2nd, 2025

Registration for the new member meeting closes on December 27th.

SPRING 2025 SESSION DATES: 

Thursdays, February 13th - April 24th

New Member Registration Info Meeting -Required if interested in attending for Spring: January 2nd

Class Registration Week - January 5th-8th

First Day of Co-op - February 13th

Break Week - April 3rd

Last Co-op/Showcase - April 24th

In order to register for our Spring 2025 Session classes as a new member, you MUST attend the New Member Meeting (January 2nd). If you are unable to make this meeting, your name will be kept on the Interested Families list for joining in the Fall 2025 session.
